Sheri Druckman, CAPS – Vice President of Business Development, SRG Residential discusses the current state of the Affordable Housing Crisis

Sheri brings over 25 years of experience to the Sares-Regis Group. She is responsible for overseeing the execution of the strategic business plan for scaling SRG Residential’s management platform. Ms. Druckman previously served as Director of Real Estate at Greystar achieving optimum performance results by successfully implementing comprehensive programs, initiatives, and strategies. Sheri has expertise in managing portfolios including stabilized, major rehabilitation, and new construction projects. Prior to Greystar, Ms. Druckman held Senior Management roles with Security Properties, Simpson Property Group and Trammell Crow Residential Services, executing due diligence, underwriting, acquisition, and dispositions. Sheri is the recipient of the WMFHA 2014 Portfolio Manager of the Year Emerald Award and is an NAA 2020 Excellence Award Finalist for Outstanding Service to an Affiliate. She is currently on the WMFHA Board of Directors, where she serves as Past President. Ms. Druckman currently serves as Vice-Chair for Partnerships for Affordable Housing. She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor, CAPS, designation, and is a member of the WMFHA Government Affairs Committee, NAA Legislative Committee and NAA Leadership Lyceum. Sheri maintains a Real Estate Broker license for the State of Washington.
