Patrick Morin is a Partner with Transact Capital Partners, a Richmond-based investment banking firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions.
You’ve probably heard the name because he and his firm managed the sale of Off Campus Partners to CoStar.
Patrick is also a founding partner of BrightHammer, LLC., a global consultancy that worked with select start-ups, growth companies, and turn-arounds for private equity.
Patrick has served as the CEO of Catalis Electronic Medical Records, the CSO of Home Care Delivered, and chief operating officer for NASCAR Resorts A 25-year veteran. He knows our industry well as he was seven years Senior Vice President with Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-traded company that owned and operated over 24,000 apartments.
