Pathlight HOME provides affordable housing and economic opportunities to low income persons and especially the homeless in the State of Florida. They are known for their work in the community providing permanent and permanent supportive housing to homeless persons.
Pathlight HOME provides great benefits, competitive pay, growth opportunities and a comfortable work environment to keep employee morale high and motivated in an area of work that serves difficult-to-serve populations. They always strive to go above and beyond the routine paycheck. The majority of their staff has been there over 5 years, and some as many as 10 to 26 years. They plan employee events three to four times a year to provide some time away from the work place and to allow them to build and support their team.
